Access for every visitor
MVP Mobile Tire Shop & Roadside Assistance aims to make service information available to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or enlarged text. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as a reference for improvements, not as a claim of certified or complete conformance.
Reading and navigation options
Accessibility & Language offers larger text, stronger contrast and a control to pause flashing and motion. The website also respects the device preference for reduced motion. Keyboard visitors can use Skip to main content. The location and reading preference dialogs support keyboard navigation and Escape to close. You do not need a separate version of the website to request service.
Language assistance
Optional Google Translate links open an external automated translation of the current page. The third party receives the page address and has its own privacy practices. Automated translations may not work for unpublished or private pages and may contain errors. Ask dispatch to clarify any price, instruction or service term before agreeing. This option does not promise that a particular interpreter is available.
Report a barrier or request assistance
If you cannot read, navigate or complete a request, call or text Missouri dispatch at (816) 282 2045 or Florida dispatch at (813) 580 7745. Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete and your preferred contact method. You may request help arranging service without using a web form. Do not include medical records or unnecessary sensitive information. Relay service users are welcome to contact the same numbers.
Known limits and continued review
Third party maps, messaging apps and automated translation may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Generated illustrations are not a substitute for essential written service information. We continue to review keyboard behavior, labels, contrast and other barriers as issues are identified. No statement or reading tool guarantees that every assistive technology combination has been tested.
Your rights remain protected
This statement does not waive disability access rights, limit remedies under applicable law or guarantee immunity from legal claims. If an accessibility issue prevents access, please tell dispatch so it can be addressed and an alternative way to request assistance can be arranged.
