An independent service provider
MVP Mobile Tire Shop & Roadside Assistance is an independent mobile tire, battery, roadside and emergency service business. We service vehicles of many makes and models, and we supply or install tires and parts sourced from the suppliers and manufacturers listed on this website, but we are not a dealership, factory service center, authorized agent or franchise of any of them.
MVP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or acting on behalf of any vehicle manufacturer, tire brand, battery brand, roadside network or other company named on this website. Nothing on these pages states or implies such a relationship, and none should be inferred.
Brands named for identification only
Vehicle makes and models (such as Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, Honda and others), tire brands, battery brands, model names and part designations appearing on these pages are the trademarks and trade names of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the vehicles we work on, the products we can supply or install and the services we can perform. That nominative, descriptive use does not transfer any rights and does not claim any association.
No claim of affiliation, partnership, dealership, sponsorship or endorsement is made by MVP, and no such relationship should be inferred from any page, photograph, list or link on this website.
Working on branded vehicles and products
Performing tire repair, replacement, battery replacement, jump starts, lockout help, fuel delivery, towing or other roadside and mobile service on a branded vehicle does not make MVP a representative of that brand, and it does not waive or override the vehicle manufacturer's own service guidelines, warranties or safety instructions. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are the manufacturer's; MVP makes no promise about how a manufacturer will treat service performed by an independent provider.
Aftermarket or alternative-supply products may be used where appropriate. Product and workmanship coverage comes from MVP and the product supplier on the terms confirmed at the time of service, not from any vehicle or product manufacturer, unless the manufacturer expressly provides it.
Illustrations, sizes and fitment examples
Some service images are generated illustrations shown to explain our services, not photographs of a specific completed job, and no vehicle or product manufacturer is depicted as participating in or approving them. Tire size lists, model fitment lists and tire notes are examples for guidance; final fitment is confirmed by inspection and manufacturer specifications at the time of service.
Descriptions of services for particular brands or models describe what MVP can do as an independent provider. They are not offers from, prices set by or representations of any manufacturer or brand.

MVP will review good faith concerns promptly and correct anything that misleadingly implies sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. This notice is informational and is not legal advice; it also does not limit rights and duties that applicable law preserves.
