Your information is not for sale
We do not sell your personal information, phone number, messages, vehicle details or location.
Mobile messaging opt in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Dispatchers and providers may use only the information needed to deliver your requested service or message, subject to applicable law. Legally required disclosures are not excluded by this commitment.
What a service text contains
You choose what to send. A request may contain your name, callback number, vehicle year, make, model and color, service needed, emergency or scheduled timing, address or nearest exit, optional tire size, a location link and any photos or additional details you include. Do not send financial account numbers, identification documents or information about someone else without authorization.
You review and send the message
The website prepares an SMS draft in your messaging app. It does not automatically send it. Review the recipient and content, then send only if you want MVP to receive it. Send my location drafts are addressed to Missouri dispatch at (816) 282 2045; the general Text and quote buttons use Florida dispatch at (813) 580 7745. Carrier messaging is a separate service governed by its own privacy terms.
Location permission is optional
With your browser permission, Send my location creates a map link using a current device position. You can deny GPS permission and type an address or nearest exit instead. You can revoke permission in your browser or device settings. Once a location link is sent, it is included in the recipient's message records; revoking device permission does not delete messages already sent.
Service replies are not marketing consent
A customer initiated service text allows replies about the request, including questions, pricing, scheduling and arrival updates. It is not a blanket opt in to advertising or automated promotional campaigns. Any promotional messaging requiring separate consent must obtain that consent independently. Message frequency varies with your request and carrier message and data rates may apply.
Stop messages or ask for help
Reply STOP or otherwise tell dispatch you do not want further texts. Ask for HELP or call dispatch with messaging questions, and request a phone call instead if you still need service. Opt out requests must be honored as required by law. This website currently opens customer initiated drafts; it does not claim that an automated keyword platform is installed. Staff must handle replies and requests, and any confirmation messages are subject to applicable law.
Use, retention and privacy requests
Service messages are used to arrange assistance, maintain relevant records, address concerns and meet legal obligations. Copies may remain with MVP, the recipient's device and messaging providers for periods appropriate to their service and legal obligations. Deletion cannot be guaranteed for copies controlled by another provider. Request access, correction or deletion, where available under applicable law, by calling or texting dispatch and asking for the privacy contact. Verification and lawful retention exceptions may apply.
Security and state rights
SMS and shared map links are not guaranteed to be confidential or secure. Use only the information necessary for service and check that you are communicating with the correct recipient. This notice applies across MVP's Service Areas and preserves all rights required by applicable federal and state law. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about website services and state privacy requests.
